Our client, an IT consulting and promotional company, filed an H-1B for an IT professional. USCIS approved the I-129, but the U.S. Consulate in Karachi denied the issuance of the H-1B visa, claiming that specialty occupation work was not available, and that the signatures on the forms were not authentic. The case was sent back to USCIS, and the employer was given another opportunity to overcome the consulate’s decision. Attorney Furqan prepared a response to USCIS, and they revalidated the I-129.
