Attorney Furqan was initially able to secure his O-1 visa to work as a soccer coach in Oklahoma. However, after 2 years, the client wanted to work for a private company as a soccer coach, and so Attorney Furqan was able to file his O-1 transfer to the new employer, and it was approved.
