USCIS sent a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) our client’s I-140 petition, arguing that a job offer in connection with an employment-based green card application was not legitimate and that the employer had committed misrepresentation. Attorney Noaman submitted a detailed legal response arguing that all applicable USCIS and Department of Labor regulations were followed and provided the relevant supporting documents to advance their argument. After 4 years, on March 22, 2024, USCIS accepted the arguments and reaffirmed the previously approved I-140 petition
