Our client arrived in the US illegally in the 1990’s. In the early 2000’s, he had 3 DWI’s, but otherwise had a clean record for the last 20 years. Attorney Furqan argued before the immigration judge that he had been rehabilitated. Further, he had several family members in the US with legal status, and he employed US citizens in his business. The government attorney ultimately agreed that it was a case that should be approved, and so the immigration judge granted his permanent residency.
