Our client is a citizen of India who had a previously approved EB-2 I-140, though the PD was not close to current. He had expertise in the field of enterprise-scale workforce systems architecture and applied automation for global Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, including the design, integration, and governance of AI-enabled HCM systems operating at large organizational scale. USCIS sent an RFE based on a Final Merits Determination “FMD.” Attorney Furqan, who filed the initial I-140, prepared a strategy for the response and submitted it to USCIS.
